Overall I had a very good experience with them, they really helped me when I couldn't see anyway out of debt, however now that the plan is coming to an end they are taking the piss. In December 2022 I received an email stating that I had 258 left, I was over the moon. I pay 105 every month, I spoke to someone today who told me that I still owe 116 no proper explanation given . Try not to get in to debt, it's all a big trap.

Extremely wonderful customer service from what sounded like a lovely chap think he Ethan was his name so helpful relived a lot of stress for me tonight so thank you very much I highly recommend I suffer from anxiety and he made it so easy to explain and made me feel at ease
