Amazing company, staff, service and products. Finally a company I can highly recommend. Absolutely thrilled with the results. No fuss, no mess, great price, and did the job (with a smile). Even worked around my dog who doesn't like strangers in the home. Thank you and I would absolutely use your company again.

We got several quotes and - before even having received SDGs quote - felt they were the right ones for the job. My husband is very hands on and a touch pedantic with his own workmanship and so expects nothing less from others. In fact, its rare we actually have anyone else do anything because he is so hands on and the fear of the unknown! Steve came in and measured up, as did the others, but we especially liked that there was no sales patter or smooth-talking, he just got right on with the task at hand and was in and out in no time. We received the quote in good time, paid the deposit and had the start date / expected duration in good time also. The company has great customer service, Emma is great and really on the ball, and their automated update system is brilliant for keeping you updated! Come the day of the work starting, the guys were at the door right on time and just cracked right on with the work, only stopping for lunch. I came home from work (my husband having stayed home that day) and was absolutely mind blown at how quickly they had got so many windows done!! When it was my day to stay home, as a woman it can be a bit daunting having strangers in your house, but the guys are lovely and we had a really good laugh (mostly at the apprentices expense! Haha!). Theyve finished the work now and Im actually gutted to see them go as theyre extremely hardworking, polite and decent people. Safe to say if we come to do any further works in the future (i.e. an extension) we will be getting these guys round, no question! The only negative I can say about their work is that theyve done such an amazing job that its just highlighted all the rest of the work the house needs now! Haha! Thanks so much again guys and all the best for the future!

Very happy with the service from start to finish, communication throughout was very quick and effective and any queries were dealt with. Really happy with my new door and the work around it. Would definitely recommend these guys!
