        The doctors are amazing at this practice however the shocking aggressive attitude from the Reception Manager never fails to amaze me. I have encountered several incidents whereby certain receptionists are unhelpful and extremely rude over the phone. I have spoken with the Reception Manager and its very apparent she leads a very bad example on how to speak with patients. Staff members are there to reassure patients and assist them with their medical needs instead they are extremely confrontational and hostile. I have been given wrong prescriptions on numerous of occasions or been advised my prescription is ready for collection at the Pharmacy when infact it hasnt even been processed by the Doctor. If you dare to challenge their behaviour they act very defensive and will not take any ownership.
