Extremely difficult to get an appointment, patients cannot access medical records and doctors refuse to prescribe medication requested by hospital because of cost. Avoid this surgery.

Absolutely terrible! The doctors there have misdiagnosed me, neglected to send relevant referrals I need and when it comes to my repeat prescriptions they have always delayed it causing me so much pain and inconvenience. Wouldnt trust them with a crash test dummy, let alone a real person! Avoid at all costs!

I feel very confortable everytime I visit the practice. Its clean, the staff, nurses, Doctors are all very kind, comprehensive and I feel heard and valued.

Did you think to sign up? I will summarize for you exactly what is going on there .. well to book an appointment with a doctor you will have to deal with the rules and he is so. 1 You will have to get up early and not too early because to book an appointment with a doctor you will have to call from 8:00 exactly until 8:01 minutes. You're a minute late and you'll have to wait until tomorrow. And so that they do not have too much difficulty then they will let you wait on the phone for 20 minutes to 45 minutes "no less and no more". And if you explain to them that you feel very bad or that your baby feels bad then they will tell you using politeness and in a calm and pleasant voice very sorry we can not help you .. Well the doctors are good and nice. The problem is the customer service and especially the head lady who is not willing to move from the chair and is not willing to help you with anything so I tried to ask for a request to sign a very important document which is maybe a minute job and no more at first I need to bring more documents The chair and said she should not sign it I explained to her that she should and she must sign the document so again she turned around in the chair and said she did not want to sign and when I asked again she angrily said she was ready to sign only it would take a few months I will sum it up so I and many others like me are very disappointed with the customer service
