If anyone is contacted by this company about a deceased gas or electric bills, ignore them. Deal directy with your enegy company not this company. You do not have to talk to them or provide them with any information as they are a third party debt collection agency. Tell then not to make contact with you again and request they remove your's and the deceased's information from their systems, as you have no contract or services provided from them. If by any chance they demand money for bills to do with your energy provider tell them to cease and desist, then inform the Police they are demanding money with menaces as you have no contract or services provided by them.

I had a great experience with Phillips & Cohen Associates (UK), Ltd. debt collection agency. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to help me recover debts from some of my most difficult clients. They were persistent but professional in their approach, and I was impressed with their attention to detail and their ability to provide regular updates on the progress of each case. I have had a really poor experience with this company who were really disrespectful over the fact I had been bereaved, intimidated me over a payment that forms part of my late mother's estate. If this company writes to you send the letter or e-mail back to them and if they try to call put the phone down and report them to the FCA
