Mcdonalds was always amazing growing up the way the food is prepared these days isn't always hot like it used to be the regular items have changed a lot only thing I like these days is the big tastey really wasn't happy when I heard its was being stopped permanently always wanted it putting on the main menu

Weve stopped ordering from McDonalds, the quality of food is terrible, sometimes end up with a stomach upset, staff always gets our order wrong, the cleanliness of the restaurants is shocking. I guess the McDonalds business strategy is why bother with quality when were guaranteed custom

Sick of useless staff, bad management, poor customer service and incompetence. Everytime I order, something is wrong or missing. Managers refuse to help when I contact them ! Absolutely appealed !

I went to one of you Mcdonald restaurant in Bootle Liverpool Merseyside with my to kids, me and a number of customers were waiting for upto an hour for are food because (Just eat , and orber eats ) had priority over in stor customers the tow female Managers were rode to me and the other paying customers we got told if we don't like it go somewhere else and that was by the tow Managers my order was rong and got told its not my folt by the manager this issue need to be addressed ASAP rilly bad customers survive and they was plenty of other staff to work both sides off the counter.
