Why does this offer at least one evening slot for collection during the weekdays when everyone is working.

Feels like delivery staff dose not deliver packages/parcels but only leaves notes about missed parcels. How is it possible when people work from home? I tracked my missed parcels and I were at home when they so called attempted to delivery. Can't they figure out how to make an intercom call?
