Boiler claim the engineer came and fixed it needed a new part engineer installed it with no problems boiler back up and running very happy with the service provided Also to mention Steve the engineer who was brilliant also covid safe

Ive being scammed by this company. sold me a boiler insurance cover not happy with the service they sent me a trainee plumber who came and ask me to replace with a new boiler couldnt solve the problem I had to wait for three weeks to receive a service weather was very cold! when I took my policy theyve told me I can cancel my policy if Im not happy with the service sales person told me their isnt any contract when Ive call them its completely opposite they told me I cant cancel this contract untill it ends please people dont fall on their trick go with a recommended company not with warranty people they have no interest fixing your boiler. only they want you to buy a new boiler from them so that they can bump you with a larger bill money greed warranty people is a fraudstar! beware Avoid warranty people.
