Had our washing machine installed by AO. Not installed correctly causing lots of vibration. The vibration caused the machine to knock into the side panel causing damage also vibrated so much the false door on the machine was also damaged. The kitchen is only a few months old. AO were unable to match the door and have now washed their hands of the problem leaving us with a huge bill to replace all the doors and drawer fronts to match. Really bad service from a company who pride themselves on customer service. We are now getting quotes to replace the doors before starting a small claims court case. STAY AWAY FROM AO, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY

Ordered an oven via Amazon, oven exploded close to my 6 month old baby, fortunately wasn't hurt. I have tried to contact AO and promised a call back in 48hrs, no the haven't. I am in the process of taking oven up to their head office and dumping it in their reception with the newspapers close by, so they can record this
