AVOID!!!! I wouldnt even recommend one star. I returned an expensive product in September and I was told I was issued a refund on numerous occasions, three months later and still nothing! No contact number, endless emails and I am getting the same response everytime, that a refund is issued. Still havent received one so hoping I can get some answers from this! Please save yourself this stress and dont use this company.

Appalling. Fraudulent company. They take your money but DO NOT send out orders. They DO NOT have an effective customer service department. There is no phone number. You can't get hold of anyone to sort out their numerous fraudulent offences. They ignore emails. They're happy to pocket your money and have zero intention of sending out the goods. Please report to the authorities. This company needs closing down and prosecuting for numerous fraudulent offences.

Horrific company!! Do not buy it from here anything, because if you will need return anything, you would go nowhere! NO telephones numbers to actually speak to somebody or dealing with an issue. They do not answer on emails at all. And if they do after like 20 + days they wrote me they refunded my money. I repeatedly emailed them and took another maybe 20 days to write me that it didn't went through! ( of course it didn't, beacuse you didn't refunded me anything) and they have to do it manually! I STILL HAVE NO REFUND, PARCEL SENT BACK TO THEM, SO NO GOODS EITHER!?? This company should be close down for good! PLEASE REPORT THEM TO CITIZEN ADVICERS AND OTHER AUTHORITIES. This is disgusting! I don't understand how legally they still running this dodgy bussiness!
