Terrible company, terrible customer experience. We have been waiting for a bill to be issued since November 2022. Despite daily follow-ups we are just ignored or given one line unhelpful replies. Avoid at all costs.

Only rang up to query a bill and get t greeted with THE most horrendous attitude. They are so rude on the phone and they charge me 7 for emailing me a bill. Vile company. If youre a property management company reading this please, for the love of God DO NOT have this wretched company do your billing for you unless you want to seriously upset your tenants.

The website suddenly changed to MOJO billing. The tenant portal button is not clickable. Unable to pay the bills using credit cards like before.

Taking my 1star back, Alex just called me back - was helpful. As a building we don't feel that they give enough information to give us confidence of what we are being charged
