RMS in Salford is the worst laptop repair shop ever, their technicians should be sacked but the receptionist was good and polite. I regret taking my laptop (Dell Latitude 7480) to them for repair because it was not turning on and Im now scared they made it worst. After returning my laptop which they still did not managed to repaired, I noticed that some screws were loose and there is gaps on the side of the laptop which wasnt there before.
