Very bad customer service. I ordered two monitors that they were supposed to be in stock, however more than a month and a half later I am still waiting for clarifications. No one informed me about the status of my order and the customer service either do not reply to my emails or refer me to employees who do not get back on me. I will soon proceed with a cancelation of the order after wasting all this time for something which was supposed to be simple and straightforward.

Deceitful company and sales practices. They showed an item as being in stock and once i ordered and paid for it, I got an email stating that it wasn't actually in stock and that I'd have to wait a few months until it was in stock. No thanks! Shameful sales tactics pretending to have stock to trick people into having to wait much longer than expected. The refund best be within a few days!
