        I took my laptop end of the day for a full hard drive reset and installation of Windows 11. I was able to pick it back up 3 hours later that evening with it fully working as normal and including Norton 360 antivirus software. Very reasonably priced and communicated quickly on post-care questions I had. I would recommend and use it again (hopefully not needed!)

        Just perfect! Had an issue with my pc which I couldnt fix which he helped me with. Very professional, good price as well as same day fix. More issue occurs, I would definitely go again.
