        288 times I have tried to call and Im still trying to get through .wonder why people do not turn out for the appointment

        Wait time is ridiculous. I know its open 8:15-11 but I dont expect to be there that long. In fact its past 11 and Im still here. What on earth takes them so long? I literally do not understand. Also upon arrival, the receptionist seemed unsure as to whether to allow me to be seen (when I arrived at 8:20) however a gentleman came in at 10:20 and walked in no problem - not too sure what that was about but I didnt understand it. They need to work on the waiting times as i dont expect to be waiting over 3 hours to be seen for 5 minutes if that.

        Too much waiting. You coming at the opening time and spend half of your day here. EDIT: I'm going to die here. And the bad thing is they'll find me an hour later when they open that door to call the next name.
