I was told my gluten free order couldn't be accommodated because they couldn't get any gluten free bread (despite there been a co-op just down the road). I was issued a refund on Sunday but they couldn't provide me with a receipt... its been 3 days later and I still haven't had my money back! Not sure how you can take someone's order, money then not provide anything or proof of refund!

Dietary restrictions: We chose this place because it championed itself by being gluten-free friendly as one of our party is coeliac. We placed our orders and were then informed that they had no gluten free bread, a problem which could have been simply solved by popping to the Co op that was 100m down the road to grab some and serve our friend but given a spurious excuse that they couldnt get the funds to pay for it as the owners were off - the only solution offered was a refund for the person whose breakfast they couldnt make but as the rest of our food was being made so we couldnt leave despite us all not being able to eat.

A gluten free centric menu that cant meet demand as unable to replenish GF bread as the owners are on holiday and cannot authorise 3 for another loaf.
