        I have always found Clearwater and their staff to be professional and always extremely prompt in their response to queries raised with matters. What I find suspicious and very unprofessional is the review from Daniel which he posted after he and other Directors of where we live have given notice to Clearwater!! Childish behaviour from a so called Director making decisions on behalf of all the other owners.

        Dreadful communication. I contacted the Director on a number of occasions about a serious issue with no response, I even asked to speak to the owner because the service was so poor. I suspect the director tells the owner everything is fine while Rome burns.

        Great little managing agent. Managed Saint Georges Island in Castlefield for 11 years and did a great job maintaining our site and keeping services charge low
