I had a lovely experience today. I felt really looked after, cared for and very comfortable. And most importantly, I didnt feel rushed out (like anywhere else Ive been). Frankie and Stacey are absolutely amazing, big kudos to them both. I left feeling really happy! Beautiful place too.

I hate to write a negative review as I can see many have had a positive experience birthing their babies here but I think its important to leave my honest experience so far in 2022. Myself and partner decided on Ingleside as we were told we would have the novelty of seeing the same midwife through out the pregnancy. This has never happened - we have seen a different one each time that have no clue who we are. I have received voice messages the day before important blood appointments to cancel due to staff deciding to take annual leave - very unprofessional and not what you would expect from a medical vicinity. To call back to reschedule - absolutely no point regardless of the website stating 24hour service line. 99.9 % of the time they switch their phones directly to voicemail and do not answer. God forbid anyone go into early labour or need to speak with their midwife urgently. I feel this place is running on empty full of trainee staff and absences. There is no guarantee of having your baby here even if you spend your whole pregnancy having your appointments here. I would say do not waist your time. Take the Safer, secure option and go with your local hospital. I will be very surprised if this place is still open in a year.

At the beginning of my pregnancy I had a few different midwives and they were all fab, I was then assigned Zoe as my midwife as I chose to birth at Ingleside. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to support me through my pregnancy. Zoe listened to every concern and query I had so attentively, never made me feel silly or naive as a first time mum. I always left appointments feeling so happy and excited with every question I had answered. I had an amazing pregnancy and Zoe is partly to thank for that. I spent about 2 hours of my labour at Ingleside, the facilities are just gorgeous, the rooms feel so homely and comfortable and everything that you'd want for birth. I can't remember their names but the two midwives that were there with me were great. They made the quick decision to transfer me to Bolton Royal and one of them came with me and stayed for a while. Anyone who gets the chance should chose Ingleside :)
