Love the bed now it has arrived but it arrived right at the end of the possible window and the communication about when it was going to be delivered left something to be desired as I found the onus was on me to contact and ask for updates on multiple occasions. Would have liked more proactive communication with order updates.

I absolutely GIVE UP. Why oh why didnt I read the reviews!! Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever experienced- our mattress has been promised to be delivered on 3 occasions - they just arent getting back to me at this point! Almost a month of waiting at this stage when it came into their warehouse a few days after purchase. Every time you call, someones on lunch just popped out theyre so unprofessional and its absolutely infuriating being lied to over and over again!!!

Really disappointed at the lack of response from The English Bed Company. The bed collapsed after two and a half years (we are not overweight!!). We have therefore phoned and emailed (three times) The English Bed Company however have still not received a response after three weeks. Very disappointing customer service and considering our next options as consumers. The bed has a four year framework guarantee though getting to discuss this with anybody has proven impossible. It is literally just a metal plate that attaches the spine of the base to the main framework that has snapped and could really easily be replaced, if I could eventually speak with somebody. Very disappointed indeed.
