Anna Martini, the hairdresser here completely destroyed my hair. I went there as I was planning to go lighter, I had a belayage done in April 2018 and I went back to her in April 2019 for a full hair of highlights. As my balayage was pretty much gone by then and my hair was dark brown, I knew I couldnt expect a radical change. I was willing to just start the process of going lighter in 3 or 4 session, for me the important thing was to keep my hair in good condition and I was willing to spend the money that was required. I booked another appointment for the 22/06/19. I asked for a full head of highlights again, with olaplex and a root melt. That day, she left the bleach on my hair for a good 40 minutes time without checking it not even once. Meanwhile, people wouldnt stop entering the salon, while I sat with the bleach on my hair, she gave a guy an haircut and washed the hair of the lady that was before me. Then she decided it was time to wash my hair, she did the toner and conditioned my hair. When I sat on the chair again and she started brushing my hair, I started seeing a ridiculous amount of hair falling off my head. I asked her what was going on and she literally said this is what bleach does I then touched my hair and as soon as I did, lots of hair fell off, I did it like 4 or 5 times, all of them a stupid amount of hair ended up on my hand, the hair felt like plastic. I then started crying and telling her that she over bleached my hair, she said then that it was normal and that it was fine because I have lots of hair. I was pretty much in shock and left with my hair soaking wet, she had the courage of charging me 100 pounds. I then realised that she didnt give me a receipt (she never gave me one the other times either) so I asked her to give me one and her response has been we dont have receipts. I then told her to write down somewhere what she had done to my hair and the amount she charged me. She gave me what I believe is one of the beauticians that work there presentation card with written Highlights 100. My hair has been falling off since then, she also gave me an orange color band in the mid lengths and an horrible root drag. I have parts where my hair is completely broken, which is visible. I have then contacted her to ask for a full refund (I have been advised to do so at other professional salons on Saturday, as I was desperate and went there to seek advice) and she still has not provided me with a full refund. I GENUINELY AND STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO AVOID THIS PLACE!
