I ordered some perfume 7th December it was supposed to have been dispatched 8th December. I still have not received it 30th December. Do not order from this place. They don't answer the phone or reply to emails.

Back in May I ordered two perfumes costing 100 which I never received. Yes the mistake was Royal Mails, but Scent-Outlet did little to actually resolve the issue. I raised it back in May where I waited patiently for a month when the response came that Royal Mail rejected the claim. They said they will escalate it further but it might take a bit longer. I waited for two months with no further contact or update when I contacted them two weeks ago and THEN Scent Outlet escalated it again. On 15th August!! They told me they can only escalate it once again and if it gets rejected there is nothing they can do. And Royal Mail did. Not only they implied to them not to me (Scent-Outlet sent me their message) that basically I have received them and I am lying! They screw up twice and I am the liar!! But the thing is that Royal Mail says they can find no claim from them, old or new. Scent-Oulet didnt have any motivation to chase this up since they got paid and from all their messages I could see all they wanted was for this to be closed swiftly. They showed no care, no customer care or interest in really resolving this for me. They offered no compensation, nothing. And they have no contact number and you have to do this all via emails. There wasnt one single dedicated person assigned to my claim, and I was getting responses from different people and none showed any care or dedication to help me. So I am without perfumes, 100 out of pocket and months of frustration, stress, and disappointment.

This company is total rubbish,avoid at all costs,sent me shower gel which was split and leaked in box,said they will replace it,sent me a second lot which also was damaged and leaked in box,I told them the second time to check but didn't,the actual box which gel came in looked like it had come out of a skip, disgusting company,don't give a toss about customers.listen guys there's better scent companys out there,AVOID THIS ONE.!

Gave 1 star because they didn't have zero. Ordered in sept never received. Messaged them to say n replied saying could still have it or have refund .gave them benefit of the doubt,n said as long as receive it by Christmas. Didn't arrive. Total scam artists
