I wouldnt even give this place any stars. Honestly its not even worth staying here. My husband and I went for a little weekend away and the experience was the worst ever. Firstly the apartment was absolutely disgustingly dirty the property owners havent followed the COVID-19 guidelines. The showers were covered in small tiny hairs. The bed sheets were covered in stains and so were the pillow cases. There was dust everywhere as well as dead insects. The beds were full of bed bugs and my partner and I are covered in bed bug bites as well as a rash!!!! We were in the property for less then 24 hours. We arrived at 7:30pm and left the property just after 12 noon the next day. We booked for 3 nights but only ended up staying the 1 night. Didnt even get a decent sleep as we were up all night scratching. Once contacting the owners they didnt care. There attitudes were absolute appalling. They didnt care and there only after your hard earned money. Money hungry they are. After complaining they had the cheek to say if we wanted the apartment clean then we have to pay cleaning services as well as dry cleaning service. If there cleaning employees did there job in the first place then maybe we wouldnt have been in that situation. The whole time there was so inconvenient as they wanted us to leave the property so they could come and check to see how dirty it was. So we just decided to check out and go back home to Birmingham. They didnt even appreciate the fact that we were coming from Birmingham on the train as well and our whole weekend was just ruined. Honestly there is so much more. JUST AVOID THIS PLACE. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY.

Too hot, feels like a sauna. Can barely breath. No efficient way to cool the apartment down.
