The building is really depressing. There is no proper heating, no oven in most flats, but floor to ceiling windows across one side of the flat which lets out all heat. Almost froze to death in winter. It collects pools of water by the windows also which turn the flat mouldy. Genuinely caused me to be severely depressed. Dont be fooled by area either, so bleak and commercial. Its nobodys home it seems, everyone passing through. Looks like a prison. Concierge are lovely, however.

Used to live here. It was depressing reminds me of a prison. Full of the kind of people who play music full blast with their balcony doors open so the whole block can hear. Also lots of couples having domestics. Quite why a couple would live in a tiny pod together is beyond me.

Worst experience in eight years of living around Manchester/Salford area. Building is depressing, wet, windy and cold. A dystopian sci fi detention centre comes to mind Flats are poorly maintained and mouldy. They are also not properly cleaned or fixed up between tenants. Letting Agents are incredibly attentive and prompt, provided the matter at hand concerns taking or withholding money from your wallet. I cleaned the place vigorously but was made to pay for cleaning because of a dust ball and a pea in the fridge. Also lost part of my deposit due to damages caused by previous tenants. Management staff were nice however, I will give the place that. If you move in, expect little and photograph EVERYTHING before unpacking (and I mean everything).
