(Laurence place) Too noisy!!!! Please avoid this building as there's construction site just in front of it. Everyday can hear the noise and it's really annoying as well as the dusty air nearby.

[profit oriented, but nice neighbours] I lived in Laurence Place for more than a year. The location is great, many neighbours are really nice, and you can meet many nice people during the social events. These social events are really common and really nice, a huge plus to the buildings. Laurence Place has a gym, a co-working area and a cafe. The main reasons we moved is the awful noises. Between 8-18 Mon-Sat constructions are carried out for a hotel just opposite the building, which is really loud. After that, from 10pm, inconsiderate neighbours are having parties literally every night in the common area (outside, just under the windows) , so if youre under floor 7 and facing to the inside courtyard, you will barely get any sleep. The other main reason we moved is the management. Including refusing to resolve the noisy neighbours situation, the new management is inflexible, unhelpful, and not too kind. We had many issues with them. Overall their goal is clearly to produce profit to the investors, and not to provide a professional service. Of course, some of the concierge team members are nice, but this is mostly true to members who joined the team a year ago.

I have been serving by Jess and she is more than employee because she always helps me every time when I need helping. Also all staff here in this building are so helpful with all.
