If I could rate Urbanbubble and Local Lettings zero I would. We have moved out of our unit in Manchester (Castle Irwell) more than 2 months ago and have yet to receive our refund after receiving and signing notification that our full refund would be made available. 1,400 is not a small amount of money and with the cost of living crisis it is mind blowing that this company feels its acceptable to hold on to our deposit for so long!!! Do not rent from Urbanbubble and Local Lettings in Manchester!!

Lived there for three years, we had a leak from above which damaged the kitchen, and management company left a load of the repairs and damage unfixed for two years. We chased for years, and then when we moved out we made a formal complaint, which was ignored and then they tried to take a load of money from our deposit - we will be filing legal action against them as they have ignored everything.

The staff that work in the complex are amazing, its the actual estate agents that are incompetent, I dont know if its the landlords they work with or if its themselves that are the issue, but if you have issues with your apartment they will go unfixed for months, ignore your emails and pretend people are coming out to fix it. Very emotional staff, you make a complaint about an issue and they take it personal?

The worst property agency of all time. You can give them a call for 1 solid hour, and no one will pick up the phone. They will not follow up with any of your cases, and will treat you like absolute dirt. Waste of time, waste of energy.

Stayed at an Airbnb here for Manchester Pride. Very nice apartments. Friendly concierge in the daytime; nighttime guard very uncommunicative though. Try as I would to be northern and say hello or goodbye, with zero response.
