Disgraceful company. Ordered a NEW pc from these cowboys from Amazon. It had boot drive issues off the bat. They refused to pay for the return to look at it. Had someone else look at it, they said all the parts are old and the parts were not put in correctly. They sorted it and it worked for a month, it's now broken completely because all the OLD USED parts are completely goosed. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Reporting to trading standards as they refused a return despite being in the 6 months limit.

I regret trusting this company. 5 months in I have a problem with the 2200 system I got. It was black screening and turning off my monitor. In the event manger the only error was with the Gcard. Due to the bad supply situation of the Gcards and the sellers not able to get one I give them 3 months grace to let the supply improve. When I did manage to send back the system they then turned round and said it was the PSU what they fixed but that I had broke a clip on the motherboard and I need to pay them for a new one or they will send the pc back to me broke. Amazon told them 3 times to give me a refund and they refuse even after I have sent photos proving how it was not broken when I sent it and they had moved the Gcard support bar before taking their photo. They know I would have to take them to small claims court what's costing me 170 and told me to pay them 65 due to them thinking I would go with the cheaper option and not the legal option. The also sent the system out with missing ram and sent it out later for me to put in. Then when I sent PC back they said I had opened it up and "fiddled" with it?!?!? They also say I put to much thermal paste on the CPU what is a lie as they built the system and there was never a problem with temps or the CPU. They have now told me they will send back the broken PC in 2 weeks unless I pay them more cash. This PC is still under 12 months old and its like I have no consumer rights at all!

Ordered a gaming PC through Amazon in November 2020, it turned out faulty, so after a many emails and phone calls, got it replaced in February, 2021. Replacement item was faulty again, so contacted seller and Amazon within the legal 6 months deadline, and this time wanted a refund based on Consumer Rights Act 2015 Section 25 (4) (a) - after one replacement the item does not conform the contract, I have the final right to reject and entitled to a full refund. Neither the seller, nor Amazon refunded me. I have contacted Citizens Advice and willing to go all the way, ombudsman, Trading standards, court, whatever it takes... So, avoid this seller, unless you want the hassle of sending back faulty PCs and waiting for them to be repaired/replaced, also you have unlimited time to contact them to arrange anything, oh and can live without a PC for weeks...
