I've had a very great experience with Iconic lights. Renovating our home so ordered a few weeks ago. Only now getting around to fitting them all. I've had a few odd things missing (small bits and three things in total). I've emailed twice to inform them and they have emailed straight back and sent the items out. No hassle at all. Wonderful service.

Terrible. Ordered 7 days ago on a 48 hour delivery, lights still not arrived. Courier couldn't find the item, no real interest from customer services, very much a "courier is having delays" excuse. No apology, caused myself a loss of profit and unnecessary costs to the customer due to their delays.
