Recently purchased Ryzen 5 gaming PC for my son. Built and condition were perfect and arrived in good shape. The delivery was delayed by a day however very suprised to see the plug and play pc. Would recommend Veno scorp for my friends.

This dongle has enabled my son to get wifi in his room for the first time ever and he can now play online games which was literally impossible before. Well worth the extra expense, and we are really happy with it.

Sent a faulty PC back over a month ago. Arranging the return was difficult enough, as communication was very slow with large gaps in the communication at their end. I've now been waiting for 30 days for the the refund, and have had nothing. I raised another support ticket 5 days ago to ask what was going on with my refund - I've still heard nothing back. Where's my refund, Venoscorp? Where's your customer service team at? Do you bother to answer emails? I'm very worried that I'm not going to get my money back at all. I've bought three PCs via Venoscorp so far... But probably won't be doing so again.
