I called Rex's Speed Shop and was told to send an email detailing the issue, which I did. Heard nothing back, so I called again the next afternoon. I was told that someone would investigate the issue and call me the following morning. Yet again I heard nothing, so for the third time I had to call RSS.
Turns out the kit was not suitable for my particlular bike. I asked if I could return the kit for a refund, stating that the kit was pristine and unused.
Things then turned from bad to worse. The guy on the phone basically said it was my fault for ordering the wrong part and that as 30 days had passed they would not accept a return. He then added that they did not give a toss about receiving negative feedback.
So, if I could give zero stars the I would!
UPDATE FOLLOWING REPLY FROM OWNER.
I actually purchased the item 6 months ago, and would have been more than happy to pay a 'return to stock' administration fee. There was absolutely no attempt on your your part to reach an amicable solution, and as previously stated, this was after 3 days of me chasing for an update. I certainly was not abusive, and any rudeness on my part came about after a member of your staff stated 'we laugh at negative feedback'.
