Easy place to get a job, however there isnt much skill in the company.
You are passed from pillar to post with adhoc tasks to do - reason being they dont have the systems and the ability to forecast what an individual role needs to do.
Management arent clued up with processes, the services provided are mis sold.
There are senior employees teaching their manager the role, systems and duties.
If you are not in the operations side of the business then you are just a number.
It can be like being in high school, shouting at your employees? Thats new right? yes it happens.
Salary has no relation to the amount of work that is piled up on the staff.

Reply to reply. Our number is already registered on the TPS. Getting details from an online directory and asking for someone on a first name basis who has nothing to do with purchasing and hanging up when not available is very disrespectful.
