        Leased a car from Arval which was delivered dirty and with a fault on the car. Ten months on and sos call button still not fixed. Been in a hire car for 8 weeks with no sign of a resolution. Raised two complaints with Arval. One was closed without my permission and the second not adequately dealt with. Being pushed from pillar to post. Would not recommend Arval if you are looking to lease a car. After service is shocking.
