        I've had a couple of physio massages with Helen recently and they have been of tremendous help. I have also joined her pilates class after many years of not doing any exercise due to hip problems & I'm finding it really beneficial. Helen is a fully trained experienced physio, who really looks after her class. I highly recommend her services!

        Ive used Helen for sports physio for several years through Trafford MV rugby club and she has always been fantastic. I recently had an issue with my neck which was becoming increasingly worse and affecting my work when I booked in to see Helen. After the session there was a huge improvement and I am well on the way to recovery with much better sleep, mobility and less pain.

        Helen is a first class physio who I have used on and off for several years as I need to manage my back. She works wonders whenever I have a flare-up but I now go for a monthly 45 minute physio massage to help maintain my back and this has helped me to avoid any significant problems. Highly recommended.
