        I called on spec to arrange a visit to see my elderly mother as her carer had said it was required. I left a message and got a prompt response and a call to arrange. It was sorted for a couple of days later. The appointment was on time and my mother was very satisfied with the care she received. Very impressed from start to finish. I will definitely use again or refer to others in future.
