        When recently renewing my hotel insurance - I was quoted 4,800 and I was shocked, so went online and fount it - at the first place I tried - for 1,400 - for EXACTLY the same insurance. So much for being a Leading Insurance Broker when CLEARLY they are NOT in business for me but for the insurance companies who rip people off with these OUTRAGEOUS demands. Absolutely shocking and with a Blog read by millions, I will be sharing this with everyone.

        Attempted several times to cancel a public liability policy, not a single acknowledged email nobody answering the phone for weeks. Went ahead and renewed the policy anyway despite clear instructions to cancel. I see three months after my review there has been a reply. No way I am going to waste any more of my time dealing with this firm to explain what went wrong. If I call, are you going to compensate me for all wasted time trying to sort this out? Didn't think so. Avoid like the plague.
