Used Paul on numerous occasions & also recommended him many times & found Paul to be very reliable, excellent tradesman & very reasonably priced. Will always use him for all my Electrical requirements.

Paul did a quote on a job for us, which he claims took longer than anticipated. He is a slow worker, talks too much and doesn't like to commit to quotes, prices or timings. After being given specifics for times that we had to leave the site (to collect children), he then 'found' more jobs to do which meant he extended his stay and made his work take longer - which we didn't agree to. Although he may be a competent electrician, he blatantly inflated his time at the site and found extra unnecessary bits to complete (which weren't part of the original work); which he subsequently billed for. Unfortunately due to that he has come across as untrustworthy and not someone we would recommend; which is unfortunate as he was recommended to us by someone we trust. He admitted it was further than he wanted to travel, so my question would be to see why he accepted the work in the first place and we could have used someone more local.

Paul came out within 2 hours of calling him - and sorted out the problem with my boiler that same day. Very reliable and friendly service, thank you!
