The most amazing bike shop - highly recommended! In search of a gravel bike, several happy customers recommended NorthRoad Cycles on the gravel bike forums. After talking through what I was looking for on the phone, I decided to commit and ordered a customised bike - specified to my needs and painted in whatever colour scheme I wanted. I've visited the shop a couple of times and am always welcomed with a brew and biscuits. The staff are brilliant - clearly very knowledgeable and willing to help. None of the nonsense that some 'professional' shops seem to exhibit where they need to assert how much more they know that you do. Instead, Northroad are basically a bunch of decent people who love bikes. I've been riding the bike for about 9 months now and it has never failed to impress. The Explorer is a superb carbon frame and I am really pleased with the technical specification and the way it was put together. I've owned many bikes over the years, but this is by far my favourite.

I cant recommend NorthRoad Cycles highly enough; from initial enquiry right through to delivery they were on hand to help with any question I had. They went out of their way to ensure my first (and by no means last!) NorthRoad beauty was perfect for me in every way. They are knowledgable, professional but also so very personal- none of this churning faceless bikes out by the dozen. Every bike is built with passion, love and care and its great to follow its progress on social media!! Dont even bother with a different company!!! Beth
