        An excellent experience. I wanted to say that both Glenys and Alan are both truly very good. Their professionalism and commitment to yoga as a practice is transmitted right from the first class. You're not made to feel self conscious if you can't quite complete the postures. There is no competition and you are encouraged to go at your own pace. I have been attending classes at "Yoga is" for a year and half now and regularly practise at home. Glenys and Alan's instruction has facilitated both a physical and mental improvement . It has taught me some solid foundations of yoga and I continue to build on these during every class I attend. It has also helped me to cope with a busy and sometimes stressful home/work life. I would highly recommend "Yoga is" to anyone who is looking for a little bit more than just a workout and who are looking for experienced and well qualified instructors. Thank you
