Hotpod Yoga - Margate

Started hotpod yoga in Feb, I'm hooked and would go every day if I could .

It was a really positive class, challenging in parts but easy to adapt if needed. Megan was wonderful.

I attended the Fire and Ice workshop recently and really loved the whole day. The WimHoff breathing session was probably the highlight for me. Ruth, the WimHoff instructor was fantastic. Also really enjoyed the restorative yoga session with Megan (first time in HotPod which really enhanced the whole experience). Megan made everyone feel comfortable -no matter what level of experience/flexibility. And finally the ice bath was just a perfect finish to a great day with group of lovely supportive people. Cant wait to book another class. Thank you!!

I love the Margate Hotpod so much. Meegan has truly created one of the most welcoming, inclusive, encouraging, friendly yoga studios I have ever been to. All of the instructors are fabulous, knowledgeable and supportive. I didnt think I would enjoy the hotpot but actually the warmth and the low lighting, creates the most magical, nurturing space and now its my favourite way to practice yoga. There are classes for everyone at all levels and physicality. Highly recommend anyone to give it a try.
