The workshops and retreats are a wonderful indulgence, allowing focus on particular aspects of yoga and wellness, often with women in mind. Examples I have enjoyed are; playing with inversions, partner yoga, sound bath healing, moon lodge, Thai yoga massage and making your own mala beads!
Other people have also recommended her 1-1 work and on-line teaching but although I have not done these myself I am sure they are as enjoyable and helpful as everything else she undertakes.
