Briar House Veterinary Surgery

I'm sorry I took my little boy to this vet I've emailed the manager never got a reply back from her. Not happy with the treatment I have had and the treatment did not add up I wanted a 2nd opinion and never got it. Never again .

Feel really let down. It took 3 vets 6 weeks before it was noticed that my cats bloodtest showed high blood sugar, only treating her for kidney disease. She would still be alive if she had been treated for diabetes. Had to go to a different practice in the end. How I wish I'd gone to them sooner. By the time they came it was too late. I am utterly heart broken. Service has been shocking too. Had to chase for lab results. Had booked appointment 4 weeks in advance and her injection hadn't even been ordered in. Quick enough to chase for payments of treatment not even recieved though. Would never recommend this practice.

Been back with Briar house for 2 years now. Never had a problem. Always polite and given an appointment promptly. Vet has always listened and given options when available fully recommend.

Very good, caring vets. Always feel confident that they do the best job when I take my dog in.
