        Absolutely disgusting service. Had my cat pts today and the receptionists showed absolutely no compassion. Will not be coming back here again. I already had a complaint put in about a previous incident where my hamster was handed back to me covered in blood. Manager did say she would phone me, but never did.

        Disappointing. Not related to the vets, but we were told to come in at 0900 on a Saturday morning as after describing our cat's symptoms to the receptionist, we were advised it was serious and to come in straight away. We weren't told we were an "extra" and ended up waiting over an hour to be seen with a distressed cat and 2 year old son for good measure. The receptionist on the day was very unfriendly and patronised me. Will probably be changing vets because of this - terrible communication.
