I really enjoyed the session "Using Digital Media Effectively for Government Communication" by Andy. It opened my eyes completely to how I could use social media to get my messages across in a professional and effective manner. I also welcomed the information on AI and the ChatGPT. I would recommend others interesting in improving their social media skills to participate in the session.

I recently completed a communications course that focused on modern approaches to public relations and communication, and I must say that I found it extremely informative and relevant. Throughout the course, we explored various aspects of contemporary PR and communication, including social media management, crisis communication, and brand storytelling. We learned about the various tools and platforms used in modern PR, and the importance of maintaining an authentic and consistent brand voice across all channels. One aspect of the course that particularly stood out to me was the emphasis on the role of data and analytics in modern PR. We were taught how to use various metrics and tools to track and measure the effectiveness of our PR efforts, and how to use these insights to optimize future campaigns. Overall, I would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in modern PR and communications. The material was engaging and relevant, and the course structure was well-organized and easy to follow.
