Terrible service. Constantly late, they speak to you like they have 1 driver available for the whole of Thanet and just useless in general. Theyll also lie to you and say 10 minutes but youll be waiting a lot longer than that. Avoid them like the plague

Taxi driver took me to the wrong address (same road name, different town) and then dumped me in said wrong town and flat out refused to take me to the correct address because the address he had been given by the office stated Ramsgate and not Margate and also the fact that his partner was 'dressed and ready to go out for dinner'; After refusing to call for another taxi on my behalf due to this absolute shambles, charged me for the privilege of being abandoned in the wrong town. After ringing for another taxi and explaining the situation I was offered zero apology, remorse or even compensation; however the 1 silver lining I can scrape for is after being told there would be an hour wait, it was arranged that a taxi came in 5 minutes; still had to pay another full fare though. As a male approaching 30, all I had was annoyance. If I was of the opposite gender and younger I dread to think of the vulnerability and fear instilled by this god awful, shambolic and chaotic business.
