Was at the cemetery today visiting a loved one i was getting ready to go putting my young son is his car seat when a united cars driver ( older blonde lady) decided to drive past me without waiting and preceeded to hit my car door she dropped off the passengers she had and drove round to then start a huge argument with me when there was a funeral taking place a few meters away. She claimed she done nothing wrong and said she had witnesses that she didn't even though i felt the car door move and heard a loud knock. She kept arguing even after i said this is not the time or place she denied hitting my door and then said maybe i could take your details and we could fix the paintwork so obviously knew she had done damage this woman was so impatient even in a cemetery and then proceeded to have a go at me this lady was clearly unhinged and shouldn't be a taxi driver. Upon phonong thier taxi office to complain i just got given a number for admin who never picked up and no apology from taxi office and judging by reviews are quite clearly useless.

DO NOT USE COMPANY YOU WILL LOSE YOUR BELONGINGS Lost tobacco and keys and dropped money in there called the company to offer the driver money to bring it back but due to it being busy he said he would by 4am ! For obvious reasons Im annoyed as I cant get into my house and the staff on the phone want to swear at me !

I tried to pre-book a cab for 2 hours from now and the receptionist who picked up the phone was extremely rude, abrupt and disinterested. Its the people manning the desk who can rake in the business. Unfortunately, I can definitely say that your business will go down if you dont change your personnel.
