        Terrible service. They made a booking that never showed up, despite knowing that the car was to take me to the hospital. I called to check, they said it was on its way. Twenty minutes later (still never having contacted me) they text to say the driver couldnt find the address. An address that their service has easily found in the past. Wasted more than an hour of time when there was a genuine need to get to the hospital.

        Avoid if possible. The guy on the phone said my taxi would be 10 mins. I rang after 20 mins and he said it had just dropped someone off and would be here shortly. I rang again after 35 mins and he said the car was 2 mins away. It finally arrived 55 minutes after I called. No apologies. He was obviously not being honest with me.
