        Thanet never turned up, never received a phone call or text to say it was coming. Taxi Operator couldnt understand what I said even though I said where I was being picked up for 4 times. When we rung back to ask where are taxi was we got told they was full booked and couldnt send us another taxi for a hour. Ridiculous service

        Phoned thanet cars at 20.10 was told 45 -50 minutes, phoned back at 21. 10 asking how long & they didn't have any knowledge of my booking. Absolute joke, what a way to treat their customers. Will never be using this cowboy firm again
