        Very positive experience dealing with Hamilton Associates for timber and damp survey for mortgage purpose. Good value, professional, responsive, detailed inspection and report, and very quick with the report turnaround time. They've made it clear at the outset that they can't carry out remedial actions but give a detailed report and recommendations. Would highly recommend.

        These guys took time to update me with phone calls before and on the day of a visit. Then, the surveyor who visited was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable, suggesting a diagnosis for an issue which several contractors were apparently unaware of. Impressed, great service.
