Roberts help was invaluable. The building survey report produced was very detailed and highlighted not only some serious issues but also his knowledge and experience. Had it not have been for the report and his advice, I would have pursued on a project that would have been a financial vacuum. Although I had to back out of a purchase I really wanted, it was money well spent. I would highly recommend Robert and will be using his services for any future surveys!

Robert Teale gave me a very thorough and detailed surveyors building report and he has uncovered many issues that were not visible in the viewing, that will help me from incurring many costs that could be avoided. The report came through quickly after he visited the property and he was extremely helpful with advising me on next steps. I recommend his services highly and wouldn't hesitate to book him again.

Highly recommended. Robert was recommended to us by relatives and his considered input and gentle advice has been invaluable. If you are looking for a surveyor you can trust implicitly, you need look no further. Robert was generous with his time/advice and yet he was honest and open enough to say, at a certain point, 'Actually, you don't need a surveyor for this'. It's an old fashioned word (possibly because it's rarely seen) but the abiding sense is that you are dealing with a person of real integrity. Highly recommended.
