Sadie's assessment was, in my opinion, very professional. Her sports massage was well targeted to my neck and shoulder injury. The environment was relaxing. The exercises she has suggested have been helpful too. Definitely recommended.

I went to see Sadie with a trapped nerve in my shoulder, it was agony, she treated me and after just one session the pain was much better, it only took 2 sessions for me to be pain free, she also gave me some stretches to do at home to stop it happening again, such a lovely person to really made me feel at ease, I'm going to have regular sessions from now on, Di Page

I had my first Sports massage with Sadie. She was very flexible with times which was great as I work full time and didn't really want to have to take time off. I'd been having pain in my knee so was keen to get some help. We initially sat down and went through what areas I needed work on and what aches and pains I had. Sadie explained everything that she was going to do and also explained why as well which meant I felt totally relaxed and assured that she really knows what she is doing. I could really feel the massage was working. It was painful at times - but Sadie asks for pain feedback on a 1 - 10 scale so you can let her know if it is too sore. I had really bad knots in calf muscle from running and they have been left untreated for a long time but they feel so much better today. My knee also feels so much better and so I am very pleased with that. I have been given homework to stretch more and Sadie also gave me advice on posture and how to sit better at my desk when at work. Sadie is extremely friendly and chatty as well which makes the experience very informal and relaxed. I definitely recommend Sadie and not just for sports massage. She can vary the level of pressure and so if you just wanted a massage to get relaxed as a treat then also give her a try.

Just got back from a sports massage with Sadie and feel so relaxed. I trained hard last week and had a few aches and pains, mainly in my back but had also pulled my hamstrings. Sadie managed to release the pressure between my shoulder blades, loosened up my hamstrings and found some other issues which I didn't even know I had. She also gave me some really good tips on form and stretching. A really professional quality treatment with good value for money, I will definitely be going back soon.
