Expensive drinks. Food okay nothing particularly special. Dessert embarrassing. Band were excellent . However I will never go back because it was colder than the North Pole. Pay for the electricity if you want customers would be my advice. Alternatively issue gloves blankets and hats at the door.

Fuming.. Decided to pop in for a cocktail for our 25th anniversary and apparently turned up as bottomless brunch between 3-5pm was about to start.. This is advertised as 40pp for food and unlimited drinks for 2 hours.. We sat outside on our own not involved and ordered 3 cocktails only to be told by the waitress who brought our drinks out that her manager RUTH has said that because they are busy basically serving free drinks to everyone that we cannot be served any more as they are too busy and then shut the door on us to not go back in while we was still drinking on our own in the outside area. We paid over 60 just for our drinks and was planning to book for the family to join us the next day as a table of 10 for our celebration but after the rude way we was treated will look for alternative venue to celebrate.. I have never ever been told to leave anywhere as they are too busy to serve us.. Their loss not mine as I'm glad we never wasted our money on a venue managed by someone who obviously has no business sense regarding paying customers.. Thank you RUTH for saving us a lot of money tomorrow

Waited 1 hour for mains, sat behind a woman that made racist comments and swore so much my 7 year old left the table. Dinner arrived not as described. We ordered 5 spice pork belly , with crackling. Crackling was soggy, and seasoning was just loads of salt. Waitress was kind but had to run from table to table as she was the only one serving. Had to return order and had lamb kebab which was tasteless. As we were so hungry they allowed us to eat side orders from 1st order and gave us a round of drinks on the house. Service... She did her best Food was apalling so so Poor Atmosphere shabby. It all looks the part but its well below par. I would not recommend eating here, I won't be eating here again,,, shame as the place has real potential. There are so many other good places to eat out in Broadstairs, I'd go there first and just enjoy music, bar and dancing here after.
